Our lawn care helpers/technicians are the face of the company. They treat lawns with top quality products, aerate and seed lawns, and offer services to current and potential customers while in the field. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving history for the last three years.

Salary:

$600.00 - $700.00/week based on experience Responsibilities for a

Lawn Care Helper/Technician:

Provide service to our residential customers by making timely lawn applications using proper technique and diagnosing and correcting customer problems while in the field Achieve weekly production goals Address customers' questions, comments, and concerns or refer customers to a customer service representative at the office Demonstrate knowledge and ability to explain our programs to current and prospective customers Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly Qualifications for a

Qualifications for a Lawn Care Helper/Technician Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed Customer-focused, professional, and dependable Valid driver's license Clean driving record for the past 3 years Must be able to drive company trucks Experience operating zero-turn mowers Previous lawn maintenance or lawn care experience preferred Ability to operate or learn to operate aeration machines Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to walk long distances
