Our primary focus right now is aeration and overseeding , and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys working outdoors. Primary Responsibilities Spread grass seed using a broadcast spreader (primary responsibility) Assist with core aeration services Help load and unload equipment Maintain a clean, professional appearance on customer properties Work efficiently as part of a small, hardworking team Qualifications Experience using a broadcast(push) spreader is strongly preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and motivated Able to lift 50+ pounds and walk several miles each day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer $18-$20/hour Monday-Friday schedule 8:00am - 4:30pm Potential for a full-time, year-round position for the right candidate Work with a company that values quality, integrity, and treating customers right If you have experience applying seed with a broadcast spreader and enjoy working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.
