Job Description

Americare Senior Living seeks a Dietary Manager to lead dining services in our senior living community. This role oversees meal planning, food production, and service to ensure nutritious, palatable, and appealing meals that meet resident dietary needs, preferences, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising dietary staff, scheduling, inventory and vendor management, sanitation and safety compliance, and collaboration with nursing and care teams. The Dietary Manager also participates in care planning, manages budgets, trains staff on special diets, and supports a resident-centered, compassionate dining experience for seniors and their families.
