Job Description

Love working outdoors and transforming landscapes? Join our team! Greenscape Lawn & Landscape, LLC is a full-service landscape company that has been designing, installing and maintaining Southeastern Wisconsin landscapes since 1992. We're hiring detail-oriented individuals for Grounds & Plant Bed Maintenance . Whether you have a green thumb or simply a strong work ethic, we are willing to provide on-the-job training to the right person.

What You'll Do:

Keep plant beds pristine through weeding, edging, and mulching.

Care for seasonal plants:

planting annuals, deadheading, and monitoring plant health. Prune shrubs, cut back perennials, and manage watering schedules.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, hard-working team players who can also work independently. Comfortable being on your feet and working in outdoor conditions. Friendly communicators with an eye for detail. Basic familiarity with plants is a plus, but a passion for the outdoors is a must!

Pay:

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
