Bark HSV is looking for exceptional individuals to join our team as Private Dog Park Rangers & Member Hospitality Associates . Bark HSV is North Alabama's premier private membership dog park featuring expansive indoor climate-controlled and outdoor play areas alongside a full-service bar & daycamp services. We are more than a dog park—we're a community. Our mission is to provide a country club experience where members can relax with friends, enjoy a great drink, and know their dogs are safe, engaged, and cared for in an exceptionally clean environment. As a Park Ranger, you'll become one of the faces of Bark HSV. You'll supervise dogs, provide outstanding hospitality, serve beverages, and continuously maintain our park so it always looks, smells, and feels first class. Provide an exceptional hospitality experience for every member and guest.
Learn and greet members and their dogs by name.
Supervise dogs to ensure safe, healthy, and enjoyable play.
Monitor dog interactions and intervene appropriately when needed.
Engage with dogs through play and positive interaction to create an enriching experience.
Take beverage orders while providing prompt, friendly service.
Deliver drinks throughout the park.
Continuously patrol both the indoor and outdoor park areas.
Immediately clean all pet waste to maintain a spotless, odor-free environment.
Keep all artificial turf clean and free of pet waste throughout every shift.
Maintain the cleanliness of patios, furniture, bar areas and common spaces.
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow all responsible alcohol service policies.
Work as a team to create an exceptional experience for every member.

Creates a fun, engaging environment where dogs are active, safe, and well supervised.
Keeps the park exceptionally clean throughout the entire shift—not just at opening or closing.
Removes pet waste immediately so the park remains fresh, clean, and odor-free.
Notices opportunities before being asked and takes initiative.
Anticipates members' needs instead of waiting to be asked.
Communicates professionally and confidently with members and teammates.
Maintains a positive attitude during busy periods.

Able to remain active & on their feet for an entire shift. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (or meet Alabama's legal age requirements for serving alcohol).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Professional animal experience is preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, country clubs, veterinary clinics, dog daycare, boarding facilities, grooming, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to obtain any required alcohol service certifications.
Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires energy and mobility throughout the day.
Applicants should be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work comfortably in indoor and outdoor environments.
React quickly in fast-paced situations involving both dogs and members.
