We are looking for a Termite Technician who is part investigator, part strategist, and 100% customer-focused. What You'll Be Doing The Inspection:

Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections to identify active termite infestations, wood-destroying organisms (WDO), and conducive conditions.

The Solution:

Design and execute treatment plans, including soil barrier treatments, baiting system installations, and wood injections.

The Consultation:

Explain findings to homeowners with clarity and empathy—turning "technical talk" into actionable peace of mind.

The Precision:

Safely handle and apply termiticides according to label instructions and state regulations.

The Documentation:

Maintain digital service records and structural maps using our mobile reporting software. What You Bring to the

Team Experience:

Previous experience in termite control or construction is preferred, but we will train the right person with a "can-do" attitude.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to navigate tight crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

Clean Record:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.

Communication:

Strong verbal skills.
