Hourly About the Role We're a local pest control company based in Marana looking to add a technician to our team. You'll be out in the field providing pest control services to homes and businesses across our service area — Marana, Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, SaddleBrooke, and north Tucson. Whether you're looking for full-time steady work or a part-time schedule, we'd love to talk. No license or certification required to apply — we will train the right person. If you're reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Travel to customer homes/businesses within our service area to perform pest inspections and treatments Identify pest issues and apply appropriate treatment methods Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations Keep accurate service records and complete paperwork/reports after each stop Maintain and stock your service vehicle Follow all safety procedures when handling pest control products What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat and varied conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently No previous pest control experience required — we provide full training and will get you through the required certifications Prior pest control, landscaping, or field service experience is a nice-to-have, but not necessary What We Offer Paid training and support through required certifications — no experience necessary Hourly pay Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time available) Opportunity to grow with a local, established business How to Apply Interested candidates should apply through this posting with their resume.
