This position involves applying pesticides and other pest management techniques, educating customers on prevention methods, and ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality pest control services. Key Responsibilities Inspection & Assessment Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and potential risk factors. Determine the type and extent of infestations involving insects, rodents, termites, and other pests. Develop customized treatment plans based on inspection findings. Pest Control Services Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other treatment products in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Set and monitor traps, bait stations, and exclusion devices. Perform preventative pest control treatments and maintenance services. Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices to minimize environmental impact. Customer Service Communicate inspection findings and treatment recommendations to customers. Educate clients on pest prevention, sanitation, and maintenance practices. Address customer concerns and respond professionally to service-related inquiries. Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Documentation & Reporting Complete service reports, inspection documents, and treatment records accurately and on time. Maintain records of chemicals used, application methods, and service outcomes. Report safety incidents, equipment issues, and customer concerns to management. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous pest control experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely handle chemicals and pest control equipment.
Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
