ENTRY LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties Perform scheduled daily route services to company standards (company vehicle provided Provide excellent customer service by communicating directly with customers and following up with customers to ensure complete pest elimination Identify pests and recommend effective treatment plans Safely apply pesticides, baits, and traps Manage company vehicle and truck inventory Maintain a clean and professional appearance Practice a high level of integrity, professionalism, self awareness, and initiative

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid drivers license Must provide a motor vehicle report with no major at fault accidents or no more than three moving violations in the last three years Must pass a criminal background check Must pass drug test prior to employment and be subject to random drug tests. Physically able to lift and manage 50 lbs High school/GED graduate 2 years verifiable work history, or military service Must be able to pass Colorado State operators tests Self starter and able to work unsupervised Follows instructions

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ENTRY LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Competitive compensation with structured pay increases with advancement First month of training monthly salary will be $3,000 Once training is complete pay will increase to $4,000/ mth Once training and state licensing is complete pay will increase to $5,000/mth. Company vehicle and gas card for company use Paid training Paid state licensing Company uniform provided and required Company iPhone Supplemental insurance provided

ENTRY LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Full time position with a starting base of $50,000/yr, once training is complete . Salary pay paid bi- monthly 1 week paid vacation after the first year Paid sick days 6 paid holidays
