Full-Time Imperial Pest Prevention is expanding, and we are looking for motivated, dependable, career-minded individuals to join our growing team as Pest Control / Utility Technicians . What You'll Be Doing As a Pest Control / Utility Technician, you will assist with and perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers throughout the Orlando area.

Job duties may include:

Providing pest control treatments for homes and businesses Assisting with general pest, termite, rodent, lawn, shrub, and specialty services as needed Driving between scheduled service stops in a company vehicle Communicating professionally with customers Inspecting properties and identifying pest activity or conducive conditions Working outdoors in Florida weather, including heat, humidity, and rain Carrying equipment, climbing stairs, walking properties, and staying on your feet throughout the day Representing Imperial Pest Prevention with professionalism, courtesy, and strong customer service Schedule This is a full-time position .

Typical schedule:

Monday through Friday Approximate hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM One evening stop rotation per week may be required Saturday rotation may be required Some days may finish early, while other days may run longer depending on route needs, customer demand, and workload Applicants must be flexible and understand that pest control is a service-based industry where schedules can vary. Requirements No pest control experience is required, we will train the right person.

Applicants must have:

A valid driver's license A clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug test

#1 Professional appearance and strong communication skills Dependable transportation to and from work Ability to work independently after training Ability to work outdoors in all types of Florida weather Ability to lift, carry, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical work throughout the day A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong customer service skills Previous pest control, lawn care, sales, construction, route service, maintenance, or outdoor work experience is a plus. Appearance & Professional Standards Imperial Pest Prevention expects all team members to maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance while representing the company. Facial hair must be neat, clean, and maintained in a professional manner. Due to company image, customer-facing standards, and safety considerations related to certain equipment and PPE, beard length must remain within company grooming standards.
