We have several decades of experience in ever changing Safety Standards in the industry and we're looking for a new Dynamic Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Pest Control Technician in your area.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DYNAMIC IPM SERVICE TECH
This Full-Time position works with a team to perform necessary pest control assignments from start to finish, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service. You will have a company phone, access to a company vehicle and an expense account.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DYNAMIC IPM SERVICE TECH
Provide total account management and Pest Control Services for FSS, Inc. commercial customers. Produce and manage all documentation required for services, inspections, periodic reporting, billing and State required documentation. Educate customers on food safety pest management issues to improve product safety and protect the customer's brand. Ensure a "perfect" or near "perfect" score on all third-party and internal audits. Assisting in other areas of related business as requested.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF A DYNAMIC IPM SERVICE TECH
Using our training materials and resources you must be able to complete state Pest Control Licensing requirements or currently hold Pest Control Licenses. Develop a working knowledge of all audits in place in the Region and become proficient using industry software such as PestPac. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must read, write, and understand English. High School diploma or GED is required. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Results will be measured using current Federal drug testing standards and no state laws. Due to the nature of our work, substances deemed legal in some states are not permitted by FSS, Inc. and result in a failed drug screening. This includes THC. Must pass criminal background check, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES A
history of working safely while performing a variety of tasks. Strong communication skills are a must. We are cultivating a team environment and looking for great people. Experience providing to tier Customer Service in a variety of locations with a variety of pest control needs. Attention to detail and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. A history working in complex environments requiring decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to complete large assignments as a productive member of a team. Proficient in Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs. A history of working safely while performing a variety of tasks.
