For example, employees receive a paid day off on their birthday when it falls on a regularly scheduled workday. Job Description for a General Fumigation Technician at FSS, Inc. This position is full-time and requires a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork including playing an important role in on-site large scale Fumigation projects. This position will report to licensed fumigators and senior technicians to complete labor/fumigation basics. The position will not be directing others until they are fully licensed and completed necessary FSS, Inc. training. Fumigation and related Pest Control work will be performed at both at our location and off-site. You will have access to company vehicles for use during business hours, but not a take-home vehicle. Some travel throughout will be involved, which is "on the clock." New employees are required to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening. FSS, Inc. uses current Federal law for Drug Screening results, meaning some substances which are legal for use in some states will result in a failed drug screening with FSS, Inc. This includes THC/marijuana, which will result in a failed drug screening.
