Skills Proven experience or interest in pest control Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor property maintenance. Strong driving skills with a valid license; comfortable operating company vehicles safely. Knowledge of pest management techniques and safety procedures for chemical application. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration. Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions for treatment protocols.
