What a Typical Day Looks Like Start your morning at our Lyme, NH headquarters, prepare your vehicle and equipment, then head out to your assigned route. You'll service residential and commercial properties, interact with customers, solve problems, and help families enjoy their outdoor spaces with confidence. At the end of the day, you'll head home knowing your work made a real difference. What You'll Be Doing Apply all-natural tick and mosquito treatments at residential and commercial properties throughout the season (April through late fall) Learn about pest biology and environmentally responsible treatment methods Safely operate company vehicles while traveling between service locations Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Pure Solutions professionally Maintain equipment and keep vehicles clean, organized, and ready each day Complete your New Hampshire pesticide applicator license (fully paid for by us) What We're Looking For Self-motivated, dependable people with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and pride in producing quality work Friendly, professional communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Pesticide applicator license is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $20-$26 per hour Production bonuses and commission opportunities 3% retirement match Paid training and licensing Company uniforms Company vehicles during the workday Modern equipment and technology Opportunities for advancement About Pure Solutions Since 2011, Pure Solutions has helped families and businesses throughout the Upper Valley enjoy their properties with industry-leading all-natural tick and mosquito control.
