We're looking for a dependable and motivated Pest Control Supervisor / Specialty Technician Technician to perform specialty services, support our team members, and help maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer care.

What You'll Do:

Perform general and specialty pest control services Inspect and resolve advanced or complex pest issues Handle rodent control, exclusion work, bee and wasp removal, carpenter ant treatments, mosquito control, and other specialty services Provide technical guidance and support to team members Help train and mentor technicians as the pest control division grows Ensure services meet company standards and New Hampshire pesticide regulations Explain findings, treatment plans, and recommendations clearly to customers Identify conditions contributing to pest activity and recommend long-term solutions Assist with quality control and service documentation Deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For:
