Pest End Inc is seeking an IPM Commercial Technician to provide safe, effective pest management for commercial clients in the Salem, NH area. In this field-based role, you will inspect facilities, identify pest activity and conditions, develop IPM treatment plans, and apply products in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. You'll manage a service route, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with customers. Responsibilities Inspect commercial client sites for pests and conducive conditions Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management treatment plans Apply pest control products safely and per regulations Monitor results and adjust treatments as needed Maintain accurate service records and reports Communicate findings and recommendations to customers Manage a regular commercial service route in Salem, NH region Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle Follow all safety, PPE, and company protocols Collaborate with team and participate in ongoing training Required Skills Commercial pest control IPM (Integrated Pest Management) techniques Safe pesticide application Understanding of insects, rodents, wildlife behavior Use of sprayers, bait stations, and monitoring tools Job documentation and reporting Route planning and time management Basic building and structural inspection Customer communication and service Safety and PPE compliance
