Job Description

Pay & Benefits Salary:
$18-$27 per hour . Our average technician earns $22+ per hour , with the opportunity for the right candidates to earn more Paid Training Performance Bonuses Health Insurance Premium Rebate Off-Season Pay (for those who qualify) We even help pay your student loans! What You'll Do Perform daily inspection and treatment of residential and commercial properties Evaluate properties and apply treatments according to protocol Log inspection and treatment data using our mobile application Maintain vehicle cleanliness and prepare/inspect equipment daily Perform other duties as assigned This is a physical, outdoors-based role. You'll be on your feet and carrying equipment throughout the day. What We're Looking For An energetic self-starter who takes ownership of their route and results Ability to comfortably carry a 40-50 lb backpack sprayer Must be drug-free Must be tobacco-free when operating a company vehicle Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass the MA and/or RI Pesticide Applicator Licensing Exam (we'll help you prepare!)
