Pay Starting at $15.00+ per hour Starting pay is based on experience, work history, and licensing. Already have a Texas Pest Control Technician License? We'd love to talk with you! Licensed technicians are encouraged to apply and may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience. At Envirotrol, we believe in promoting from within. Most employees begin as General Pest Control Technicians and advance into specialized departments with greater earning potential through commissions and bonuses. What You'll Do As a Pest Control Technician, you'll: Drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout the DFW area. Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments. Inspect properties for pest activity. Educate customers on pest prevention. Complete service documentation using company technology. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Envirotrol. Every day is different, and you'll enjoy working independently while helping protect our customers' homes and communities. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Dependable Self-motivated Honest and trustworthy Customer-focused Professional Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Must be able to: Lift up to 50 pounds Walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs Climb ladders Work outdoors throughout the day Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 21 years of age Have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years Have a good driving record (no more than two moving violations within the past three years) Successfully pass a background check (clean background for the past seven years) A Texas Pest Control Technician License is preferred but not required .
