George area. Responsibilities Conduct thorough pest inspections across various properties, identifying pest activity and entry points. Safely handle and apply chemical agents for pest control, adhering strictly to pesticide management protocols and safety regulations. Utilize hand tools, power tools, as needed to access difficult areas or perform treatment applications. Follow safety protocols including respiratory protection and confined space entry procedures to ensure personal and team safety during all operations. Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, pest activity reports, and treatment outcomes for compliance and future reference. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while observing all driving safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans clearly, addressing client concerns professionally, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, or pest control environments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, safely. Familiarity with pesticide application techniques, chemical agent handling, and integrated pest management principles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Basic understanding of entomology (study of insects) is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
