Role Overview:

As a Pest & Wildlife Technician, you'll be the front line of our business, combining expert wildlife removal with dynamic sales strategies. You'll engage directly with customers to assess their needs, recommend and sell humane, effective solutions, and perform high-quality wildlife and pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform humane wildlife removal and pest control services with a focus on safety and compliance. Drive sales by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Contribute to business growth through exceptional service delivery and customer engagement. Ensure adherence to local and federal wildlife protection laws.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Home Improvement. Experience in Wildlife Control, Pest Control, Roofing or related industries a plus.

MUST BE ABLE

to use a 32 foot extension ladder. Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Ability to work in various environments, including using extension ladders and accessing roofs, attics, and crawl spaces. Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
