In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to business clients while following a daily service schedule within your assigned route. Commercial route servicing restaurants, warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities. Benefits Wage comparable to $33 - $43 + / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses) $2000 sign on bonus for any one with an active Washington commercial pest control license Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available. 401(k) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program. Paid training at $18 / hour Paid time off and paid holidays Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement. Qualifications Required 1+ year of commercial pest control experience 2+ years of service-related experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to provide excellent customer service in a B2B environment Must be 18 years of age or over Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas Must be clean-shaven when required for respirator safety compliance Preferred Pest Control License (or ability to obtain one) What to Expect Perform inspections and pest control treatments for commercial customers Apply high-quality and environmentally responsible products in accordance with company and safety guidelines Follow a daily service schedule, ensuring timely arrival and efficient completion of appointments Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, and branch management Identify pest activity, recommend treatment solutions, and document service activities Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service Safely handle pest control materials and equipment while following company procedures Company Description Saela is a Utah-based and Colorado-grown company that excels in pest control service and creating a happier tomorrow for all our customers.
