Job Overview Komatsu is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support surface and underground mining equipment repairs across Arizona! In this position you'll be diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining heavy mining equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting skills and strong technical expertise in mining equipment systems. In this job you'll bring your fundamental equipment repair skills in areas such as advanced hydraulics, DC electric, component rebuilds (e.g. hydraulic pumps, motors and valves, engines, tranmissions, powertrain), and rebuilding and repair diagnostics. This role requires significant travel and the flexibility to support multiple customer locations, mine sites, and field projects throughout the region. Technicians may support mining equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, haul trucks, dozers,drill equipment, underground loaders, and other mining equipment as business needs require. This position is on the road working at customer mining sites up to six days a week, with overtime available. If you've worked on construction or mining equipment and are interested, apply today! Key Job Responsibilities Prioritize safety at all times by following and promoting safe work practices.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on Komatsu heavy equipment in the field.

Perform maintenance, inspections, and updates in alignment with service standards.

Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble miningcomponents, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision

Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Complete related paperwork and access databases require to complete job

Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.

Travel extensively to customer locations throughout the assigned territory to provide field support and emergency repairs. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on mining equipment, or 5+ years working on construction equipment

Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work, 10 - 14 hour days
