Job Description

We are hiring a skilled tree climber with real production experience—this is not a ground labor position.

If you can safely and efficiently climb, rig, and remove trees without constant direction, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing

Technical tree climbing (SRT/DRT
Complex rigging and removals
Pruning to ANSI standards
Working with bucket trucks, cranes, and modern equipment (when applicable)
Leading or assisting a crew on job sitesWhat We're Looking For
Strong rigging knowledge
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
ISA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What Sets Us Apart
Well-maintained equipment (no junk gear)

Steady, year-round work
Respectful crew—NO Babysitting, NO Drama Important Must be a hard worker.

Must be able to operate a bucket truck safely would be a plus. Pay is based on experience. Must have reliable transportation to be able to be able to get to work and good drivers license. CDL is a plus as well but not needed.
