Manage and Engage in the following scope of work: The role encompasses a wide range of physical maintenance tasks, including lawn care (mowing, weed whacking, brush hogging, leaf removal), mulch spreading, vehicle and machinery upkeep, and snow removal activities such as plowing, salt spreading, and responding at various hours. Additional duties include painting with full preparation, demolition with necessary support activities, and filling in for janitorial or security staff as needed. Administrative responsibilities involve completing required paperwork like Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), equipment inspection sheets, weekly toolbox talks, and incident reports to maintain compliance and safety standards. Strict adherence to safety protocols is emphasized, including the mandatory use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety toe shoes, hard hats, high-visibility vests, and safety glasses. Flexibility is necessary to accommodate any other tasks assigned by project management or clients to support project goals.
Leadership Role Includes:
Maintain training and monitoring to ensure all staff are proficient in operating equipment safely and effectively across assigned tasks. Implement a standardized checklist system for upkeep and paperwork to guarantee compliance with safety and operational requirements. Communicate with management, project teams, and maintenance personnel to promptly address additional assignments and various project needs. Regularly review and reinforce PPE protocols to reduce risk and ensure worker safety at all times. Requirements and Qualifications

Drug testing, background check and physical required
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds
