With a reputation built on integrity, safety, and professionalism, we're seeking a Tree Trimmer to lead a crew in delivering high-quality arborist services. If you're a strong leader with a CDL and a passion for the outdoors, we want to hear from you. Position Overview The Tree Trimmer is responsible for leading a crew in all aspects of tree trimming and removal operations. This includes overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and operating or transporting equipment using a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a tree trimming crew on job sites. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Operate aerial lifts, chippers, chainsaws, and other equipment. Perform ground and aerial tree work, including pruning, removals, and clean-up. Transport crews and equipment to and from job sites (CDL required). Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors. Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage by the crew. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies and procedures. Requirements Valid CDL (Class B or higher) - Preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in tree trimming or related field Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety procedures (ANSI Z133 compliance preferred) Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Preferred Qualifications ISA Certified Arborist or willingness to become certified First Aid/CPR Certification Experience with DOT compliance and maintenance logs What We Offer Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Ongoing training and advancement opportunities A supportive team environment focused on safety and growth Apply Today Ready to take your leadership skills to new heights?
