• Joshua Tree Experts is looking for a motivated and experienced
• Tree Crew Leader
• to oversee and lead our skilled tree care team. This role is ideal for a seasoned arborist/climber who excels in technical pruning, complex tree removals, and operating specialized equipment. As a leader, you will ensure the safety, productivity, and quality of all crew operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a tree crew in performing technical pruning, removals, and other arboricultural services.
• Operate and oversee the use of specialized equipment such as spider lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, and rigging systems.
• Conduct pre-job briefings to review scope of work, safety protocols, and crew assignments.
• Perform hands-on climbing, rigging, and cutting tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards (ANSI

A300 & Z133

) and company policies.

• Train, mentor, and supervise crew members to develop their skills and maintain high safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tree care with advanced climbing (DdRT/SRT) and rigging skills.
• Proficiency in operating chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other arborist tools.
• ISA Arborist Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Valid driver's license (CDL Class B preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
