Tree preservation is our passion and our niche. We're looking for a motivated experienced Tree Climber / Arborist Climber who wants more than a paycheck. We want someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. What You'll Do Perform tree pruning and removals according to ANSI standards Climb trees using ropes, saddles, and modern climbing techniques Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other tree care equipment safely Conduct tree preservation and plant health care support work Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Tree climber with experience Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred:

CDL ISA Certified Arborist (or desire to become certified) Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts Experience with technical rigging and removals Why Ahlum & Arbor?
