We're growing and looking for a skilled climber who wants to grow with us. What You'll Do Safely climb and work in trees using approved climbing techniques and equipment. Perform tree removals, pruning, rigging, and cabling operations. Operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, stump grinders, and other tree care equipment. Work closely with an experienced ground crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently. Follow ANSI safety standards and company procedures. Help maintain equipment and ensure every job site is left clean and professional. What We're Looking For Professional tree climbing experience required. Strong rigging and technical removal skills. Experience pruning trees using industry standards. Ability to safely operate chainsaws and tree care equipment. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus, but not required. Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Desire for advancement in our industry.
