What You'll Do As our Architect, you'll lead the design process from initial concept through construction documents while collaborating closely with our sales, estimating, project management, and field teams.

You'll:

Design creative, functional, and code-compliant commercial buildings Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget Develop preliminary concepts and detailed construction documents Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Guide projects through permitting and municipal approvals Support project teams throughout construction by resolving design questions Help shape projects that are both beautiful and buildable What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding design ability.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect (required) Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capability Experience designing multi-family housing is highly preferred Commercial, mixed-use, or industrial project experience is a plus Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods Excellent communication and client relationship skills Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving problems Why Nuway?
