Job Description

We are currently hiring for Paver Operators for on-going commercial projects in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Per diem of $75/day worked available for eligible candidates. This position is 50 hours per week. If you are a paver operator with 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience, specifically Gomaco GP-2400 concrete pavers and/or Vogele asphalt pavers, apply now!

Paver Operator Responsibilities:

Operate GOMACO GP-2400 and/or VÖGELE pavers safely on active construction sites Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of paving equipment Set and maintain proper paving speed, grade, and alignment according to project specifications Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Coordinate with ground crews and other equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient workflow Adhere to paving operations and construction safety standards. Work outdoors for extended periods and demonstrate reliable attendance and transportation.

Paver Operator Qualifications:

5+ years asphalt/concrete paving experience Experience operating Gomaco GP-2400 concrete pavers and/or Vogele asphalt pavers Able to work outdoors for extended periods Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Your own tools and
