Job Summary We're looking for an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead paving crews and keep projects running smoothly. You'll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to quality standards. $10,000 Signing Bonus available for qualified candidates! What You'll Do Plan and run daily paving work. Lead crews using pavers, rollers, and other equipment. Watch paving quality and fix issues quickly. Keep everyone safe and lead daily safety talks. Track crew hours, equipment, and materials. Work with managers, inspectors, and owners. Train and support crew members. What We're Looking For 5+ years leading asphalt paving crews. Knows how paving equipment and asphalt mixes work. Can read plans and follow DOT standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license; able to work nights/weekends if needed.
