What to Expect As an Asphalt Paver, you will be a key member of a traveling construction crew responsible for executing asphalt, slurry coat, stripping, and paving on job sites across multiple regions. You will contribute to high-quality projects involving roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure applications. What You'll Do
Execute asphalt, slurry coat, stripping, and concrete projects on diverse terrains and climates
Proficient in the use of tripod laser levels to establish precise grades based on engineered plan sets, ensuring compliance with ADA standards for paths of travel and both standard and van- accessible parking stall slopes Collaborate with crew members to achieve high-quality standards and project timelines
Perform roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for various applications
Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure efficient project execution
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations What You'll Bring
5+ yearsof experience in asphalt and concrete finishing, or equivalent experience
Must have compliant government issued identification for domestic air travel and/or to access certain federal facilities, valid driver's license required, with flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime
Ability to travel extensively (nearly all work will occur on the road), ability to work in diverse climates and terrains, with adaptability to changing project requirements
Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete finishing techniques, materials, and equipment
Experience with roadwork, paving, ADA compliance, and finishing tasks for various applications
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Compensation and Benefits

$19.30 - $45.54/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
