We are looking for hard, efficient workers to add to our crews, who can and will move fast to get things done! The base rate for this position will be $18/hour. Due to some jobs that we are awarded that pay prevailing wage and fringe benefits, last year, our better performing crew members made $50,000 to $65,000.00 a year. Preference will be given to those who are mechanically inclined.

Basic requirements:

Willing to accept flexible working schedule - Some overnight stays required. Must have a strong sense of urgency to things done. Moves quickly and with a purpose. Work with a team and take direction well. Able to work in outside elements (heat, Palm Springs Temp) Sealing asphalt cracks according to size Prep trucks. Diesel, Propane, Water, Restroom cleaning as needed Jobsite Cleanup Help in the yard as needed Must be able to meet all safety requirements Must possess a valid driver's license. Prior Foreman or Lead Man experience is a plus.
