About the

Role:

Sparks Concrete LLC is looking for a skilled Asphalt Paving Operator to join our growing team in Bunnell, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a hardworking crew delivering quality paving results on every job site. Responsibilities:

Operate asphalt paving machines and related equipment on commercial and residential job sites Lay and spread asphalt mixtures to specified grades and dimensions Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on paving equipment Work alongside crew members to ensure smooth, efficient paving operations Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site Coordinate with site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards Assist with site preparation, including grading and base compaction as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience operating asphalt pavers, rollers, or related heavy equipment Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and best practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license; CDL a plus Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
