This position offers a opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in equipment operation and pavement maintenance. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with parking lot striping, sealcoating operations, and asphalt/pavement repair. This position requires someone who can work efficiently, operate equipment safely, and produce quality results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Operate and maintain variety of machinery & equipment to perform line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repair on asphalt and concrete surfaces Prepare job sites, including cleaning and surface preparation Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with other pavement maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in pavement striping, sealcoating, or asphalt repair Experience operating striping and sealcoating equipment Experience safely operating heavy duty pickup truck & towing tandem axle box trailer Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability CDL is a plus but not required Experience leading a crew is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work with a growing company Opportunity for advancement into crew lead or management roles Supportive team environment
