We are committed to safety, teamwork, and providing long-term career opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team. Qualifications Previous experience operating asphalt milling equipment is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable transportation and good attendance. Ability to work overtime when necessary. Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled. Responsibilities Operate milling machines and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain proper milling speed, depth, and alignment according to project specifications. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects safely and on schedule. Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
