Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of paving projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Perform quality control inspections Manage project schedules and deadlines

Required Skills:

Experience with road construction and civil engineering Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of concrete finishing and asphalt paving Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in construction management Spanish-English preffered
