Job Description

General Labor - Asphalt R & R Asphalt is looking for hardworking, dependable general laborers to join our team.

Job duties may include:

Shoveling and raking asphalt Jobsite cleanup Assisting with sealcoating, striping, and patching Preparing surfaces for asphalt work Operating hand tools and small equipment Loading and unloading materials Supporting the crew with daily jobsite tasks What we're looking for: Strong work ethic Dependable and on time Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Asphalt experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license is a plus What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth Steady work with a growing local company Hands-on experience in the asphalt industry If you're ready to work and be part of a solid crew, apply today or message us for more information.
