Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asphalt Prep Crew Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt preparation operations on construction sites. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate crews, ensure safety compliance, and manage all aspects of asphalt site prep to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold construction safety standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Responsibilities Lead and supervise asphalt prep crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of site preparation activities. Oversee the proper use of construction safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site. Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to interpret project requirements accurately for crew execution. Able to operate equipment such as Bobcats and Excavators as well as maintain them. Skills 5-10 years of experience running machines with a focus on asphalt paving preparation. Able to operate equipment such as Bobcats and Excavators as well as maintain them. Able to handle a small crew and manage time accordingly Able to read grade plans and ability to use a laser to shoot grades Valid driver's license and able to tow a small trailer

Pay:

$29.00 - $40.00 per hour
