Identify mechanical issues or performance concerns and report them promptly to supervisors or equipment management.

Support Total Process Reliability (TPR), Operator Care, and Preventive Maintenance initiatives.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area around the paver.

Comply with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and job site requirements.

Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience operating asphalt pavers on roadway or commercial paving projects.

Strong working knowledge of asphalt paving operations, including material behavior, screed operation, and paving techniques.

Experience operating common paver brands and models (e.g., Blaw-Knox, Cat, Volvo, Dynapac, or similar).

Ability to read grades, follow stringline or grade control systems, and maintain consistent mat quality.

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of paver systems (hydraulics, conveyors, augers, screeds).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Physical & Work Environment Outdoor construction environment in varying weather conditions.

Extended periods of standing, walking, climbing on and off equipment, and operating controls.

Exposure to noise, heat, dust, and asphalt materials.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
