As aging infrastructure demands more proactive maintenance and rehabilitation, our mission is clear: Safeguard communities by keeping water systems operating reliably and safely. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ REI Drayco is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead asphalt paving crews while actively participating in field operations. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily activities, ensure safety compliance, and keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and supervise paving crews of 4-7 employees. Coordinate daily operations, equipment deliveries, trucking schedules, and material quantities. Communicate with asphalt plants to schedule and order materials. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Read and interpret project plans and blueprints. Monitor paving grades, depths, and quality standards. Operate equipment and assist the crew when needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of asphalt or concrete paving experience . Minimum 5 years of experience working with heavy equipment, milling, and asphalt materials . At least 2 years of experience supervising paving crews . Experience managing daily field operations. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of paving grades and asphalt placement. Preferred Valid driver's license OSHA certification is a plus

Pay:

$32.50 - $40.00 per hour
