Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt What you can expect: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential. Annual increase potential. OT after 8. What you will do:

Coordinate asphalt plant activity. Communicate daily workload. Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up. Previous supervisory experience. Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
