Grading Foreman Dominion Site Development Hope Mills, NC Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Site preparation excavation Bulldozers Loader operation Skid steer loader Construction grading Full Job Description Overview We are looking for an experienced Grading Equipment Operator to join our growing site development team. This position is NOT for general equipment operators… applicants must have hands-on experience with rough and/or finish grading. Duties Perform rough and finish grading for site development projects Read and interpret site plans, elevations, and grading stakes Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, skid steers, and/or motor graders Ensure proper drainage, slope, and grade accuracy. Work closely with supervisors and crew to complete projects efficiently Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols.

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
