We're looking for an experienced asphalt sealcoating and paver sealing subcontractor (or crew) to partner with on residential driveways, walkways, and patios. We generate the leads, sell the jobs, and manage the customer. You deliver clean, professional work. This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not an employee position. We're building a small group of reliable pros we can keep busy with steady, consistent work. What you'll be doing: Cleaning and prepping asphalt and paver surfaces (sweeping, blowing, pressure washing as needed) Crack filling and minor asphalt repair Applying asphalt sealcoat to a clean, even finish Paver cleaning, re-sanding joints, and applying paver sealer Delivering sharp edges, full coverage, and a finish that holds up What we require: Proven experience in asphalt sealcoating and paver sealing (this is not an entry-level role) Your own tools and equipment (sealer application gear, pressure washer, crack-fill equipment, etc.) General liability insurance and workers' comp — Certificate of Insurance required before first job Reliable transportation and the ability to reach job sites across the Charlotte metro A portfolio or photos of recent work Professionalism on customer property — you're representing Elevate What we offer: Steady flow of pre-sold, pre-scheduled jobs — no selling on your end Prompt payment A straightforward partnership with a company that values reliable pros and wants to keep you busy Room to grow with us as we scale To apply: Send a brief note on your asphalt and paver sealing experience, a few photos of recent work, and confirm you carry current insurance.
