With a rich history that began as a small mining operation, we now operate multiple asphalt plants and concrete facilities, providing high-quality materials for various construction projects. Job Summary Run the asphalt plant to make high quality DOT and private mixes. Works well in high intensity environments. Can operate equipment and has maintenance skills. Has a good understanding of the running's of an asphalt plant and has strong focus on safety in a busy construction environment. Skills Computer Skills Able to multi-task Able to manage people Good Communication Mechanical Skills Maintenance Skills Equipment operating
