Job Description
Smith's Paving (The Original Smith's) has openings for paving laborers for the 2026 season. We are looking for individuals interested in building a career at our company. Driver's License required Experience Preferred Work Day may start at 7 AM Must be available to work weekends, if necessary Good work ethic Strong Team Player Salary TBD depending on experience Positive attitude and have a focus on safety and quality Available for the entire paving season
- April through December, but potentially longer or shorter depending on weather.
Required education:
High school or equivalent Required experience:Paving Industry:
1-3 years Required license or certification: Drivers License Work Remotely No Responsibilities- Perform asphalt laborer duties such as paving, utility locating, and operating heavy equipment like dozers, loaders, and backhoes.
- Ensure construction site safety and adhere to all relevant protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in all tasks.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00- $25.
