Full Job Description Duties:

Use of a shovel, lute, or other related tools to place hot mix asphalt
Assist with the setup and cleanup of project sites.
Comply with all of company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in asphalt construction
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Driver's License Required
Pay rate based on experience
