Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and elevations to achieve required slopes and contours. Assist in site preparation tasks such as hauling, backfilling, compacting, manhole preparation, cleaning, and others as needed. Assist with commercial vehicle operation as required. Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning. Maintain accurate timecards and other paperwork as required. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience operating a blade, various loaders, various rollers, a dozer, and other heavy equipment is required. Must be able to read and understand construction and grading plans. Must be dependable and hard working with a positive attitude. Valid driver's license is required. Class A or B CDL is preferred. Must have consistent and reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Requirements Ability to work long or irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime as required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds frequently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb for extended periods. Ability to climb in and out of equipment safely and maintain balance on uneven surfaces.
