Bobcat Operator - Asphalt PavingLuke's Asphalt Paving - Spring Branch, TXJoin One of the Hill Country's Leading Asphalt Companies Luke's Asphalt Paving is looking for an experienced Bobcat Operator to join our paving crew. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and accountability. This is more than just operating equipment. Our operators play an important role in preparing job sites, assisting the paving crew, and helping deliver high-quality asphalt projects for our customers. Responsibilities Operate skid steer (Bobcat) safely and efficiently. Grade and prepare base material for asphalt installation. Load and move materials around the jobsite. Assist with asphalt preparation and cleanup. Perform daily equipment inspections. Report maintenance concerns promptly. Work closely with the Project Manager and Crew Lead. Assist other crew members whenever needed. Qualifications Experience operating skid steers (foot control) or similar equipment preferred. Construction or asphalt experience is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license preferred.
