Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. This position includes operating heavy equipment as well as performing physical labor such as shoveling, site cleanup, and assisting crew members. Candidates must be comfortable switching between equipment operation and labor tasks as needed. Responsibilities Safely operate a dozer for grading, leveling, and earthmoving tasks. Perform general labor duties including shoveling, raking, trench work, and material handling. Follow grade stakes, site plans, and instructions from supervisors. Assist with site preparation, backfilling, compaction, and cleanup. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work effectively with the crew to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Experience operating a dozer or track hoe required. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork. Reliable attendance and transportation to the job site. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
